unfortunately the engine tick at idle is normal. It's many times called the "Hemi Tick" If you are talking about more of a chirping sound that seems to come from behind the front wheel that is also unfortunately normal. It's has to do with the manifold design and the cats. For alignment...

@OnTheReel should be able to tell you where it is. Do you have the Alpine or the Harmon Kardon system? On my 2016 Ram it was under the drivers seat. I have not personally looked for it on a 5th gen ram.
