You are right.. way out the time spent on street vs Offroad.. safety on street is more impartive then Offroad.. if that's the right word to use..lol

I was looking at the power stop brakes too .. and totally agree those would awesome on a charger.. but from my research those brakes don't like mud or I should say drilled and slotted rotors are not a good fit for Offroad .. this is where I'd like to hear others opinion or experiences. I think...

Ya .. it's called Black Gold. It's very dark brown with a hint of green on gold metallic .. it is supposed to look like oil but in the shade it's black, then in different light it shifts colour.

@Shifts And Grins ... Will those tow hooks fit on a 2014 Ram 2500? I can't see putting those lights in that location, I think they will get hurt from off-roading stuff. As it is I need to replace my rear and front bumpers, one can only straighten them out so many times ... lol

If you can start with an OBD2 reader to check for codes, check any fuses, check connections at servos.. hopefully it's a lose or dirt connection, easy fix.. sounds like to me the electric motor that assist steering has no power.. just my thoughts.. good luck
