Uconnect upgrade from 3g

Just heard about that today. When are planning on pulling the 3g?

I know 1 carrier I think at&t already shut 3g down.The others in a few month.

Not sure if this is in any thread, but have a member on our Trx-forum asking if anyone knows of how to upgrade his 2015 big horn uconnect before the 3g is shutdown by the phone carriers?

That is actually an interesting question. I’m guessing that since the hardware in the truck is 3g that obviously your radio is not going to have the internet connectivity anymore. Do you actually pay for their 3g internet?

look into infotainment. They might have packages that give you everything for the newer uconnet radios to work in your truck.
