I bought a complete donor mirror assembly from a Limited for $120. Extracted the two autodimming wires, plug and glass off of it and chucked the rest. It can be done with new parts too but it would cost around double. Not a difficult thing to do though.

Yeah, I put the correct HK ones on awhile back so it was really just down to changing the speakers and amp. Again. 🙄 Think I’m gonna have to be done now. I am satisfied that this is the best it’s going to sound with ANC working.

That makes sense. Probably the same reason the power steps aren’t offered as a factory option. Too lazy to make a TRX-specific animation for the EVIC.

In case anyone was wondering what the SRT caps look like in the stock wheels.They fit fine. Super happy with the color match on these.

They are Weld Ledge 6s, just made adapters to take stock center caps. I like when stuff looks factory.

Test fit this emblem on. I want to use the SRT caps, but figured something like this would be needed tie it all together. Had to paint to match the rest of the emblems. I think I like it. Subtle. Might shit-can the “4x4” emblem on the tailgate and SRT that thing too.

I’ve been mulling it over. There’s a few things I’d like to do. Just don’t have an Android or Windows device at the moment.

My 21 level 2 doesn’t have the tailgate alert. I’ve heard that people have to turn it on on the 2022s as well.
