The Gen 3 R has hp per cubic inch that is pretty impressive. should be more room in the TRX. Stock R vs stock TRX is going to be a better apples to apples. But the R is not worth 109k to me. I kinda was expecting a roll cage as well as a 5 point harness option.

Got gas last night in my little town and was not impressed at 4.23 for my wife’s car. But then I drove in a closer to Houston ( Conroe) to see gas for 3.99. Now that got me a little excited. Was not expecting 3xx till mid terms.

Premium is more reasonable where you are.

My Power Wagon can handle the 87 if I’m not towing heavy. But the Raptor feels like it lost its left nut when the truck starts pulling timing to compensate. 91 is fine. And that’s what the PW drinks. I get 16 mpg in the Wagon if I stay off the fun pedal and 18mpg if I stay at posted speed limits...

I use 2 bottles of Lucas each fill up and it does the job I guess. I just did my plugs at 100k and recently started using octane booster. So I cannot vouch for them yet.

So in my raptor I buy octane booster and and save $10 still for my 36 gallons tank vs pay for premium.

Coming down some. But premium ridiculously high compared to regular.
