I was out in the desert a while back playing with my MKIV, SA Champion & my S&W MK 15-22. At one point the 15-22 experienced repeated FTE, FTF, stovepipes and me doing all sorts of WTFing. I cleared it several times, used a different magazine, checked the ammo, etc... Nothing I did made any...
