I have narrowed the issue to Fuse 51. Radio is disconnected. I have no idea what/where or what the Cluster means, noted/ID on fuse diagram. As long as the fuse is pulled all is good. When I put the fuse back in my draw bounces around up to 9 Amps and never sleeps. Has anyone come across this issue? Thanks
