Final Edition Wheels

Question for you folks. Why is that some Final Editions have the Bead Lock capable wheels. Which is supposed to be included the V8 Final Edition Package. And some have a "painted/polished wheel"? I can't find a explanation anywhere. If there is another discussion somewhere on this please let me know.

I don't think anybody knows why. Might have been a supply thing.
