Powersteering 2012 ram 1500

My powersteering went out on my 2015 ram 1500.
Any advise?

What went .. a hose or the pump or the rack... how cold is it there? You would get better results to this question on the Ram forum.

It's electric rack & pinion. No pump.

I do not know much about the rack steering but isn't it power assist? What type of symptoms are you having?

It's like steering w/o power.

If you can start with an OBD2 reader to check for codes, check any fuses, check connections at servos.. hopefully it's a lose or dirt connection, easy fix.. sounds like to me the electric motor that assist steering has no power.. just my thoughts.. good luck
