Back on the outdoors kick,
A while back, my and my sweetie went up into the mountains and did an asbestos inspection. There's nothing like having fun and getting paid.
I took my sweetie with me to be my "sexetary" while doing the inspection, and afterward we headed up to a mountain lake for a romantic get-away for our 26th wedding anniversary. On Air BnB, I found us a deal on a condo overlooking a cliff at the lake. That was pretty sweet.
While we were there, it was time for a little adventure. So we hiked up into the hills and explored some caves. The fabled "blue people" live up here. And I've wanted to meet some of them. My sweetie was not sure about all that.
While I didn't find any blue people, I did find some Native American writing on the cave walls. This might have been put here by my great great great grandpa. You never know.
All in all, the caves were pretty cool except when I got lost. Pretty dark in there, ya' know.
My sweetie preferred staying up a little higher. I think she likes looking down on me anyway.
I'd asked here to throw me a rope. But she was having none of that.
All in all, we had a great time and my sweetie really enjoyed our anniversary.
