Totally agree with you on that statement.. This truck is an inspiration to lots of us gear heads. This is where I want to go with my Ram but yet still keep it capable to do every day things.

I wouldn't mind doing something similar to my 3rd gen, but I'll probably just lift it and keep it running decent lol

Yes! I have the Powerstop calipers and rotors but I want to atleast wait until I need to change pads before tearing it all apart!

Gotta convince the boss that it's necessary lmao. In a dream world I'd do a stroker kit with a turbo, a six speed swap, and an SRT10 rear end swap.

Hey all - I wish I had a new TRX like most members on here, but here is my current setup. 2017 Ram Laramie with Rebel front end conversion, Advanced Fiberglass Concepts TRX kit, Dirt King front and rear long travel suspension, Whipple Supercharger (HEMI Orange of course), Vision X spot lights, Ultra 103 beadlocks...and I'm sure I'm forgetting other things. King Rear bypass shocks: $1,649
Rear Long Travel Kit: $1,934
Front LT Kit: $3,590
Front Coilovers: $2,499
Wheels/Tires: $3,465
Front Bumper conversion to Rebel: $2,545 (less fog lights)
Full body - Carbon Fiber hood: $5,574 (I believe this cost is lower now; this was the first production)
Paint/prep - I did this at the shop over a week - cost for paint a couple hundred bucks
Whipple in Hemi Orange w/cold air intake and billet fuel rails: $8,348
Jay Greene Boosted tune and Trans tune: $750
BBK Shorty headers: $450
BBK Throttle Body: $490
PowerStop Brakes: $800-ish
Corsa Exhaust: $1,200
VisionX Light Cannons: $300 (clearance)
SmoothBoost: $1,100
Boost-a-Pump: $318

Almost TRX concept clone: $30k for truck, $36,500 for parts; free labor. I feel like I could sell it to the right buyer for $45-50k...so all done just for the love of the truck!

This is a pretty comprehensive list but I know I'm missing a few things. I haven't installed the SmoothBoost or Boost a Pump yet.
