Check your intake box - missing air filter

Had my TRX at the dealer recently for the second oil change and they discovered one of the air filters was missing! It had to of come from the factory that way as the air box had never been opened. So essentially, I drove 13 K miles without an air filter. I’m trying to get a warranty extension but haven’t had any luck so far. Let me know if you have had the same issue, and if you have a new TRX, check that airbox!

Thanks for the heads up. That's crazy. I had both in there when I replaced mine with the S&B intake.

I hope they give you a warranty extension because 13k miles is a lot for no filter.
