Have any of you had the squeaky start issues in your 2021 or 2022 TRXs? Been reading about several owners having a squeaky engine noise on start up.

I would not want to accept hearing that noise at all. Are you all saying that if start the engine warm, there is no noise like this? It is almost like there is a flapper valve or gate inside there that is making the noise till the exhaust gets hot.

I wonder if it has something to do with my cooled EGR valve, but I have exhaust headers just like the TRX so maybe it's those that make that noise till it's warmed up.

I would double check the exhaust manifold to heads attaching bolts torque, to eliminate that possibility.

I did notice that after long drives it appears to go away, and with lots of short trips it doesn't

you don’t hear it on the drivers side either? I haven’t checked from the passenger side but I definitely hear it on the drivers side.

Sounds the same on both sides. A guy posted on the other forum about having a cracked exhaust downpipe where it meets the flange? Maybe that’s what you have going on on the one side?
