To make it tender I dry age it for a couple days in the fridge..lots of salt but also I like cutting tri-tip into steaks and dry aging them. Have to agree about the prices 😕 up north here they're horrendous

I found this video of what I'm going to do and it's different but along the same idea. I'll need to purchase the switches and a couple harness then make up harness to utilize the aux buttons.
