Just received 180 lbs of grass fed beef... wow the taste is amazing. The price is way better than buying from a store. For me ground beef on sale is $8 a pound at it's lowest($11/lb is normal). So to get all those steaks at $7 a lb is awesome. Everything cut n wrapped with nice thick steaks, 1 lb ground beef and some roasts. The snow is almost completely melted and temperatures are hitting plus temps during the day so BBQing is starting to happen:cool:

Yeah, I’ve found there’s not a huge difference between a lot of these rubs. I’m still a sucker and buy a new one every once in awhile though.

Bought a load of grass fed beef ... I can't believe the taste difference, amazing and buying bulk from a farmer is cheaper then stores.
are you still doing full carnivore? has your body had any issues with low electrolytes? I know that is an issue with keto if you don’t do something to offset the imbalance.

No not at all I just salt food to taste, nutrition comes from ruminate meat (red meat) which is over 80% of my diet. I eat some eggs, chicken, fish and a bit of pork. Sometimes cheese and I use heavy cream in my coffee but only have coffee in the am and only drink water the rest of the day. The benefits are so amazing, no inflammation in the joints or sinuses, sleep is amazing, no more snoring, no longer lactose intolerant, can't wear my prescription glasses because my eyes improved, the tinnitus is almost non-existent, have energy all the time, lost 55 lbs... I feel 30 again and not 60+, I'm 58 But the best part is the lack of "brain fog" which awhile back I thought was a joke of sorts. I can list a lot more things that have improved in life but that's a start. 😁

Keto is just avoiding highly processed food so for me that's sugars, seed oils, starches and preservatives and the only time one has electrolyte issues on these diet is when in transitioning from carbs to natural foods but as the body adjusts that goes away ... takes about 3 months to convert
