Did not get the pics, but it was fantastic. Just make sure to adjust the veggies to your liking. Ours did not have enough. Still really good.

I’m going to smoke some pork loin on Saturday. It’s not all that impressive before or after but I might post some pics. I’m tempted to do some st. Louis style ribs also if I can get them for a decent price.

I’m making pepper steak over rice this weekend. The recipe looks so good. I have more meat vs. veggies than the recipe, but I don’t see that as a negative :D

I should have took pictures when it was just cooked. It looked really good. Taste is really good too but might have gotten a little diluted because I ended up with a little too much cornstarch and the sauce was really thick so I had to thin it out. I had some beef stock so I used that. I think the fresh ginger is what really makes this dish.

smoked a rack of ribs yesterday. Took much longer than I expected but the end result was worth it.

Made some burgers on the weekend .. 1 lb of lean beef and 2/3 lb of Boar with bread crumbs, egg and spices. Had bacon and other garnishes and wedges, salad etc... but the burgers were so good. If ever get a chance try Boar with your next burgers wow was that ever good.

Smoked another chuck roast today. Wow did it turn out good. I decided to make this for dinner. Sliced up chuck roast on seeded rye with onion, cheese, and some jalapeño ranch dip.

I bought a 36” blackstone griddle off Marketplace the other day. My first planned cook is onion smash burgers. If I wasn’t already on the brink of a heart attack this grill will put me over the edge

blackstone had two rust marks under the griddle on the frame so i decided to clean them up and paint with high temp paint.

Too lazy to be a chef so I did a no-BS quickie. 4lb pre-cooked turkey breast from Costco. Buttered it up and threw it on the smoker with applewood for 2 hours to heat it up. Tastes like it was a lot more effort and time than it was.

Nothing wrong with simplicity. I think Apple is the best wood to smoke chicken and turkey with.

I forgot to post this, but I smoked yet another chuck roast recently and then decided to make tacos with it. I bought a bottle of street taco sauce from the grocery store and this was one that was more lime tasting. It was exactly what I was looking for. The smoked flavor on the chuck roast plus lettuce and onion then the lime flavored street sauce was a great combination.

Smoked some chicken legs and sweet potatoes Today. This was the first time doing sweet potatoes. They turned out good. The skin wasn’t tough and the potato picked up a little smoke flavor.

Man, you are quite the chef guru! My wife wants me to start making dinners, but I don't know where to start. Do you have any suggestions on where I should look? I am pretty much a rookie in the kitchen, but decent on the grill. Only catch is, my wife can not have red meat due to a kidney disorder (hard to process for her) and one daughter has lactose and gluten issues. My other 2 girls are extremely picky! Me, I'll eat anything but fish

I've worked in restaurants and cooked along with doing prep work so that helps a lot, but youtube videos are a great source. A lot of good channels do it as an instructional video so you can learn, but along with that they give you their recipe. Gluten issues are not much of a problem anymore like they used to be. I've cooked many things for my dad that were changed to be gluten free and there is little to no difference in taste.
